We are looking for a dynamic and proactive “Sales Executive” to support our growth across corporate, leisure, group, and MICE segments.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Presentable, self-motivated, and results-driven
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Excellent command of English (additional languages are a plus)
· Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields preferred
· Previous hotel sales experience, especially in MICE or group sales, is desirable
· Proficient in MS Office; Opera/Fidelio Suite8 knowledge is an advantage
· Strong planning, reporting, and follow-up skills
· Able to participate in field sales initiatives, support guest visits, and work flexible hours as required.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Achieve sales targets in line with the hotel’s commercial strategy
· Manage leisure, group, and MICE sales activities
· Develop existing accounts and generate new business opportunities
· Prepare offers, contracts, and pricing proposals
· Handle group blocks, banquet inquiries, and event coordination
· Conduct market and competitor analysis
· Represent the resort in sales calls, site inspections, fairs, and workshops
· Coordinate effectively with internal departments (F&O, Finance, F&B)
· Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and client follow-ups
