Requirements

• University graduate
• Knowledgeable about all treatments and services offered within the spa,
• Possesses a minimum of three years of professional experience in spa management positions,
• Has a strong command of the English language (a second language is preferred),
• Demonstrates a proactive mindset,
• Possesses strong sales and persuasion skills,
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills,
• Possesses strong analytical thinking skills, with the ability to prepare reports and a keen focus on data and statistics,
• A strong team player, able to adapt to a shift-based working schedule,
• Capable of ensuring maximum guest satisfaction,
• Demonstrates a strong attention to cleanliness and organization,
• Able to stay updated with the latest trends in the spa industry and offer current services and promotions,
• Monitor guest satisfaction by translating and analyzing SPA survey feedback, and prepare comprehensive reports on the findings.
• Perform stock checks and monitor product expenses.
