We are looking for an “Guest Service Center Agent” who is dynamic, pro-active and enthusiastic.
Qualifications
· 2 years of experience in 5 star hotels; as Guest Service Center Agent, Call Center Agent or PBX Agent
· Able to speak the English language clearly and fluently.
· Ability to provide excellent customer service.
· Ability to communicate effectively with others
· You should be suitable for flexible working hours.
Job Description
· Answering or making calls to guests to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues.
· Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that guests feel supported and valued.
· Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming and clarifying information and diffusing angry guests, as needed.
· Building lasting relationships with guests and other guest service center team members based on trust and reliability.
· Determines eligibility by comparing guest information to requirements.
· Informs guests by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
· Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
· Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
· Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
